The ERA 808 Windw lock is suitable for most outward opening casements. Can be locked partially open for ventilation. The locking function can also be disconnected allowing the handle to be used as an ordinary latch. Supplied c/w fixing screws. Automatically locks when window is closed. Unlocked by use of the key.
